GC9307数据手册

GC9307是一个262,144色的单芯片SoC驱动器,用于TFT液晶显示器,分辨率为240rgbx320点,包括720通道源驱动,320通道栅极驱动,172800字节的图形显示240rgbx320点的数据和电源电路。 GC9307支持并行8-/9-/16-/18位数据总线MCU接口、6-/16-/18位数据总线RGB接口、3-/4线串行外围接口(SPI)和2路SPI数据传输。移动画面区域可以通过窗口地址功能在内部gram中指定。可以有选择地更新指定的窗口区域,以便移动图像可以独立于静止图像区域同时显示。 GC9307可在1.65V~3.3V I/O接口电压和集成电压跟随电路下工作,以产生驱动LCD的电压水平。GC9307支持全彩色、8色显示模式和睡眠模式,通过软件实现精确的电源控制,这些功能使GC9307成为中小型便携式产品(如数字手机、智能手机、MP3和PMP)的理想LCD驱动程序,电池寿命长是主要问题。
